Aishah Amin, otherwise known as ‘Eunoia’, is part of Malaysia’s hijab fashion movement and looking at her Instagram feed, it’s no wonder why. This gorgeous influencer isn’t only juggling motherhood (she has two adorable children!), but also works as the manager of @fararplace, a thriving event-planning company. With close to 30K Instagram followers and an interesting blog, this Zahara Warrior is truly a hijab icon in her own right. Read on for an exclusive interview with this successful superwoman as she talks to us about her proudest accomplishment, her favourite makeup product as well as something surprising about herself!

Someone who embraces life’s challenges and spreads positive energy.
What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I think people would be surprised to know that I love to dance my heart out; headbanging, pop and lock, you name it. But only when there’s no one looking of course!
What’s a typical weekday like for you?
A typical day for me would be entertaining the kids, doing house chores, meeting and attending to clients’ inquiries all at once.
What inspired you to start your own blog?
The inspiration for starting my own blog was the rise of the “hijabi fashion movement”, my passion for fashion and basically wanting to inspire other women. It’s been a huge part of my life ever since…I can’t even remember!
As a Zahara Warrior, what advice would you give someone hoping to start a style/lifestyle blog?
Just go for it and be yourself. Pour your heart out. Readers love honest and genuine people who they can relate to.
What’s your favourite Zahara product?
My favourite Zahara product is definitely the lip creams! I’m a huge fan of matte lipcreams and the colours all match my personality!
What is the proudest accomplishment of your life thus far?
I think my proudest accomplishment would be following my heart and making the decision to live my life the way I want it to, without having to conform to society’s standards.
What should every woman try at least once in her life?
Live on your own and be fully independent. Go to the movies alone, go shopping alone, change your own flat tyre, travel and live on your own terms. It’s empowering because you will realize that you don’t need to depend on anybody but yourself to be happy.
