How do you like our brand new nail polishes? Aren’t they stunning?
If you don't already know our new collection of nail polishes just dropped this week on Monday. You can shop the full collection here but first, let me walk you through some of the new changes we've made to our line of nail polishes!
We gave them a whole new makeup over from top to bottom. Don’t worry, you can rest assured that our formula is the same water and oxygen permeable polish. For more information, be sure to read our FAQ page. We have all the important information about our beloved nail polish formula so be sure not to skip out on it!
Now let’s get into the nitty-gritty and break down what’s new with our Zahara polishes!
1. BRAND NEW GOLD CAPS
Remember our old nail polish bottles? They were great and we still have a lot of love for them but we really wanted to make a statement. What does a girl love more than to admire her makeup purchases! Be proud of the products you own and put them on display.
With our new metal caps, we wanted our bottles to stand out and among many other items you own. This was our way to showcase Zahara Nail Polishes 2.0!
Ugh, we just can't get over how pretty she looks!!!
2. FUNCTIONAL HANDLES
Don’t fret! We anticipated the difficulty you will face when applying your nail polish with a bulky metal handle. That’s why we ensured that our metal caps are REMOVABLE. So don’t panic when you manage to get them off! It's not faulty, it's all part of the design!
Slip them on when you want to keep them on display (for all your girlfriends to envy) or conveniently remove the metal cap and set it aside when in use. The choice is yours!
3. ONE SWIPE COVERAGE
Now let’s dive into our redesigned brush. We craved for a brush that could provide a seamless application. That meant putting various styles of brushes to the test. We finally settled with what is in our bottles today - a flatter, curved paddle brush. The design of the brush is fuller at the tip, ideal to achieve a one-swipe application. The new brush covers your entire nail and tapers out gentle towards the top. Painting your nails has just become even more of a breeze!
4. NEW LOGO
In case, you guys haven’t already noticed. We’ve changed our logo! We’ve been implementing this change for a while now. The reason for the change? During the production of our new nail polishes, we felt our old logo got lost with the new design. Hence, we wanted something that stood out without taking any attention away from the simplicity and elegance of the gold cap. So say hello to our new logo!
5. BACK LABELS
Have you ever wanted to check on the ingredients list but you had already thrown away the boxed packaging? That’s okay! While you can look up the ingredients for each nail polish shade online at their product page - you can now refer to the back of the bottle for the full ingredient list!
Along with the ingredient list, you can find the shade name, barcode and other information on this label. For expiration dates, do look on the underside of the bottle.

Now let's move on to this December's colour range! We've announced earlier this month that your favourite five shades will be making a comeback with a brand new look!

Joining the core collection, let's give a warm welcome to FIVE brand new shades. We have a little sweet spot for these few. Reason being, many of these colours were suggested by you.
After talking directly to you Zahara Warriors, we got many ideas and feedback on colours you would like to see! Don't worry there will be more on the way... :)
For now, let's have a look at our five new babies!
How gorgeous are they?! This collection includes a black, pure white shade, pink french manicure base coat and two unique and beautiful nude shades! We are so proud of this new collection because although we worked hard on the design and manufacturing side. It was your efforts and feedback which we worked hard on to deliver you the colours YOU WANTED.
A huge thanks to all our wonderful Zahara Warriors because we literally couldn’t have done this without you. Say hello to our five new shades envisioned by you!
Let's take a closer look at each of the five shades.
First up, Galaxy - a rich dark pigmented black shade for all your nail design needs.
Next, we have the Ying to Galaxy's Yang, our pure white shade - First Snow.
We're pretty excited about this next shade. The first ever in our collection is a French Manicure base coat. It’s this really pretty sheer pink shade that gives your nails a light wash of colour inspired by French Manicures. She's Frenchie.
Pair her with First Snow to get the perfect french manicure and seal them together with our new base and top coat. You can grab them now in the exclusive French Set. You can grab each of these shades at only $45 - that’s a whopping $9 savings!
Let’s not forget our terrific two shades left in this new collection - Athena and Nefertiti. Inspired by the strong Zahara Warriors, these nudes were named after the iconic women of all time.
Athena is our reddish brown nude shade. She was what everyone was looking for. A nude shade that complements every skin tone. Athena has a neutral undertone and looks the best on medium to tan skin tones. Don’t worry she’s a flattering nude for all you pale and deeper skin girls!
If you’re looking for something a little more exciting, look no further than the greatest queen of Egypt. Nefertiti.
Nefertiti is a beautiful sandy beige shade definitely reminiscent of the neutral sandy palette of ancient Egyptian times. This nail polish colour is suitable for most skin tones but definitely stand out the best for olive and tanned skin tones.
